Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Aftershake ("the Service"), operated by Aftershake AI ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Aftershake is an AI-powered contact and vendor processing service. You send business card photos, vendor booth signage, price sheets, product samples, and optional voice notes via SMS or WhatsApp. We return enriched contact or vendor information, save it to your Google Sheet, and provide downloadable contact files.

Accounts & Subscriptions

• Conference Pass ($29) provides unlimited card scans for 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Conference Pro ($49) provides unlimited card scans with LinkedIn enrichment and follow-up drafts for 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Annual Pro ($199/year) provides unlimited card scans with all premium features for 12 months.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
• Your subscription is tied to the phone number you provide at checkout.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Aftershake only for processing business contacts and vendor information you have a legitimate reason to collect. You will not:

• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Process photos that are not business cards, vendor booths, price sheets, or professional contact information.
• Attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: your contacts are stored in your own Google Sheet, and we delete photos and voice notes immediately after processing.

AI-Generated Content

Aftershake uses AI to extract, enrich, and summarize contact information. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all contact data, CRM notes, and suggested follow-up emails before acting on them.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Aftershake available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

Limitation of Liability

Aftershake is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

SMS/Text Messaging

Aftershake delivers its service primarily through SMS text messages and/or WhatsApp messages. By purchasing a plan, you consent to receive text messages from Aftershake at the phone number you provide. Messages include contact confirmations, follow-up reminders, and account notifications. Message frequency varies based on usage. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. See our Privacy Policy for full messaging disclosure details.

Termination

You can stop using Aftershake at any time by texting STOP to our number. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your Google Sheet data remains yours.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
